Having a stall on the Gala Field on carnival day is the perfect opportunity to get your business name out there. Wem Carnival day is a busy day with plenty of people who will come and see your stall and potentially purchase goods. We can’t promise your goods will sell nor take any responsibility or liability, however we can say we would be very surprised if you don’t get any sales on the day

A copy of Public Liability Insurance and Food Hygiene Certificate, if applicable, must be returned with payment and
this form. Advance payment is required to secure the booking. Cheques should be made to Wem Carnival. Alternatively, you can make a BACS payment, details will be sent to the email address registered on the form.

You will need to provide your own table, chairs and generator if required. Your stall must not exceed 3mx3m. You
will be allocated your stand number on arrival.

No collections can be made outside of the carnival field for other funding as our licence covers us for collection for
Wem Carnival only.

When payment is cleared you will be added to the gate list, and a confirmation email will be sent, which will also be
classed as your receipt of payment.
